Registration and pricing information for 2013 is now available! We are now taking advance reservations for places for the 2013 event, so if you want to get in early to secure a space, simply complete the Early Bird Registration Form which is discounted by 20% and payable in full by November 1, 2012.

You will also need to submit at a later stage the Full Registration Form to lock in your trip / workshop preferences. All registrations to the event close on March 1, 2013.

Nissan Beyond Hothams 2013 Event will have heaps of extras added in! We've added more overnight trips (including those that you may have seen on Pat Callinan's TV series!), more day trips, workshops, more destinations and more goodies…

• Prices admit a maximum of two (2) people per vehicle.
• Standard Rate $780 inc GST per vehicle
• Early Bird Rate (Register and pay by November 1, 2012 to receive 20% off) $624 inc GST per vehicle
• Nissan Beyond Hotham Fraternity Member (attended 3 or more BH) 25% off $585 inc GST per vehicle
• Additional person $295

The following options still enable you to experience the best of Nissan Beyond Hotham 2013 event:

NEW !! NISSAN BEYOND HOTHAM LIGHT 4WD OPTION ( SOFT ROAD OPTION)
Scenic History Trail $400 inc GST per vehicle (3 day package only).
Available for the first weekend only (Friday March 15 th – Sunday March 17 th ). Admission to the Opening Night function on Friday evening, admission to the Happy Hours and a generous welcome pack. Maximum of 12 participant vehicles only – first in best dressed!

Best suited to these types of vehicles: Nissan X-Trails, Subaru Outbacks, Toyota Rav4 etc. Vehicles with no low range capability.

Weekend Warrior Option 1 $400 inc GST per vehicle (3 day package only).
Available for the first weekend only (Friday March 15 th – Sunday March 17 th ). The registration includes admission to all the 4WD Victoria Workshop day or three full day trips (ie one on each day), admission to the Opening Night function on Friday evening, admission to the Happy Hour and a generous welcome pack.

Weekend Warrior Option 2 $420 inc GST per vehicle (2 day 1 night package only).
The registration includes admission to 3 full day trips (ie one on each day), with an over-night camping destination included on the Saturday night, admission to the Opening Night function on Friday evening, admission to the Happy Hours and a generous welcome pack.

No early bird or other discounts apply to weekend registrations. Trips are subject to availability.

Overnight Adventurer Option $450 inc GST per vehicle (choice of either a 3 night or 4 night overnight trip only).
This option is suited to those who would like to experience a unique overnight camping adventure by partaking in one of our overnight trips only. Drivers must be experienced in that they have either completed either an accredited Four Wheel Drive training course, or participated in at least 3 days of Nissan Beyond Hotham before; and can competently drive tracks graded “Black Diamond/Difficult” as per the new 4WD Recreational Classification Guidelines .

No early bird or other discounts apply to Overnight Adventurer bookings. Trips are subject to availability.

Accommodation arrangements: we will contact you to assist with your accommodation requirements. Please note that accommodation and daily meals are not included in your registration unless otherwise stated.
